How do I check the status of my order?

  • Orders are processed in 1–2 business days.

  • As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

  • Didn’t get an order or shipping confirmation? Email us at help@waglabs.co and we’ll resend it right away.

How long does shipping take?

United States: 3–7 business days
Max delivery time: 15 business days

Notes

  • Processing time (1–2 business days) is not included in the transit estimates above.

  • Due to carrier or weather delays, transit times may occasionally run up to a week longer than usual.

  • We’re currently unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or certain outlying islands/territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam.

Do you ship internationally / Who pays duties & taxes?

At this time, WagLabs ships within the United States only.
If/when international shipping becomes available, import taxes, duties, and fees assessed by the destination country would be the recipient’s responsibility.


Is your website secure with my personal information?

Absolutely. We use SSL encryption to protect your data. We do not store your payment card details—payments are processed securely at checkout.


How do I place an order?

Browse products, choose your item, click “Shop Now”, and complete checkout with your shipping and billing details. We’ll ship your order as soon as it’s processed.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please do one of the following within 24 hours of placing it:

  • Use the self-service link in your order confirmation or on your Order Status page, or

  • Email help@waglabs.co with your order number and requested changes.

Please note:

  • Orders can only be edited or canceled within 24 hours of ordering.

  • Orders that are packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order after it’s placed, even if confirmation has been sent. If payment was processed and your order is canceled, we’ll refund the original payment method.
